Here’s what it looks like: The process takes no more than 1–2 days, and I’ll review things like: 1. Demand planning 2. Shop management (job flow) 3. Supply risks 4. Capacity planning 5. Information management 6. Industry best practices What I’ll need: just a couple of people I can check in with for questions (I’ll do my best to stay out of the way). What I won’t need: your financial data or any proprietary / IP information. What you’ll get: a clear, easy-to-read report in the form of a SWOT analysis. I’ll happily walk you through my findings and suggestions if you’d like.
